Fallout OC: Jackie CharSheet

After starting to play Fallout 3 (thanks to *CarmelitaMontoyaFox ), I had to do this too.

So This is Jackie.

She's from Vault 42.


BIOGRAPHY

Jackie had never been an exceptional person. Most of the other vault dwellers didn't particularly care about her, some friends here and there. Everyone was sick here, too. Vault 42, the one in which no light bulbs with more than 40 Watts had been allowed. This mostly resulted in the people being pale, unhealthy, not to mention that if someone was sick, they'd be really sick. Since, with this artificial light, their bodies were hardly able to produce any Vitamin D, most of them had deformities - they were by now even regarded as "normal". Over time, the overseers had found a way to put artificial Vitamin D into the dwellers' food. More and more people wouldn’t get as sick as before.
After the G.O.A.T. the young girl got to work at the laundry cannon - not because of her results but because people were needed in that position; by now the "teachers" would only listen to where the people would want to work at. She was polite to most people, even if they did disgust her. A few fights nonetheless, but most of the time "they deserved it", according to the girl. As she reached 19 years of age, some of the stocks of the vault began to diminish. For some reason this year's plantations didn't bring enough results, some plants had been attacked by RAD-Cockroaches and had to be removed. Something had to be done to assure the vault's survival.
Someone had to be sent outside.
But no one wanted to. Not even the toughest men were man enough to set a foot outside, either of concern about their health or their families inside.
"Radiation could get inside!"
"What if I die?!"
Quickly, this idea had been dropped. People would try to grow more of the plants, but strangely the results stayed the same. The RAD-Cockroaches had multiplied, the illness causing the plants to die still roamed around.
Slowly, the people inside the Vault began to crumble under the pressure of hunger and a certain death. They began to turn onto each other, stealing.
Not shortly after the second crop failure, one of the other younger Vault dwellers had robbed her of her last food. She ran after the person, naturally: It was her last little bit of food. Her parents had by now died; her mother of old age, her father of food poisoning. By now people had grown distant of each other.
She person who stole from her had been her friend still minutes ago.
He didn't want to let go of the bread.
It dropped into the water tank nearby.
She stared at him with a void look, only moments before his face went pale and his eyes slowly turned upwards.
Blood covered Jackie's lower part of the jumpsuit, as she kicked the corpse into the water tank too, unable to correctly seize what had just happened.
Now it would be her to go out and look for food. But the overseers wouldn't know of that.

Basically, to prove him that smoothskins can be pretty cool guys to ghouls, she scraped her cheeks of.
